A new dance reality series on Lifetime starts tonight - "Your Mama Don't Dance" - hosted by Ian Ziering of 90210 fame. (Photo of Ian and me at the Billboard Music Awards after party)

This contest puts professional dancers against each other. What the dancers don't know is their partner will be their Mom or Dad.

Watch it on Lifetime. It should be fun.

According to the AP Prince Harry is confirmed by british forces to be serving on the front lines in Afghanistan.

The hottie Prince is getting dirty and doing a good job... But please protect his face! He is too pretty to get hurt... hehe

But seriously... it's good to see him so patriotic and defending his contry.. well at least his countries interest in oil in the middle east... ZOMG!

Alec and Scott in Paris...

Alec Mapa (Ugly Betty - among other TV shows) and Scott Nevins will be appearing together in Paris... not france... Paris Las Vegas.

According to Scott Nevins website, the event will take place on March 15th, 2008 and benefit the HRC (Human Rights Campaign)

UPDATE: I woke up this morning and had an email from Scott Nevins in my inbox it said: "I woke up today to find out that show had to change its date due to another booking! As soon as I get the new date (I believe in April) I'll let you know :)"

NeverLand No More

It looks like Jacko will not be in Neverland anymore. The legendary pop icon once worth millions and loved around the world has taken to a sort of "britney spears" style life recently. With strange sightings and even more strange baby incidents, maybe Jacko and Brit-Brit should marry... That would be a great set of parents... NOT!

The Neverland Ranch - themed after Peter Pan and worth over $23 million is set to foreclose if Jackson can't pay the mortgage in full by March 15. (This is not the first Time Jackson has been in this trouble - see the foreclosure note above from 2006).

What will the World do without a place for little boys to go and play with Jacko??? LOL.

Obama close to Osama?

Yesterday, new photos of Osama surfaced... Opps... I mean Obama. The photos at first glance look like Obama in some sort of terroist training camp.

They are from a reported visit Obama took to Kenya in 2006 and he was dressed in traditional clothing.

I am not a fan of Obama... and I'm not saying he is a terroist but his middle name is Hussein...

StarBucks Closing their doors!

All the Starbucks in the US will be closing today! Well not forever... hehe... but for 3 hours. Starting at 5:30pm local time each of the 7,100 US locations will be closing.

The chain says it is closing to take time to re-energize it's employees... So I take it they're each getting a pound of expresso... I know that energizes me!

But seriously they are concerned over their falling US sales, with competition from fast food chains on the rise, they are looking for ways to re-invent themself.

Tip - Starbucks should give customers a frequent shopper club card... Every 5th coffee free... I love Starbucks so I am loyal but hey it may help attract other new loyal customers...

I asked a few of my comedian friends to give advice to J. Lo and here's what they had to say:

Carole Montgomery seen on Comedy Central and recently on Nick @ Nite's Funniest Mom in America said: "J. Lo make sure the nanny is lactating!"

Mel Aubert seen from comedy clubs in California to the Las Vegas Strip and the indie film Happy Life said: "The twins won't need a Baby Bjorn! They can just hitch a ride on her ass!"

Chantal Carrere who was recently seen on ABC's Fat March was recovering from a hang over and will give some advice later today when her headache goes away... hehe

I asked several male comedians and all said "No comment!" I agree, it's best for us guys to shut up some times and leave the advice to the ladies... :)

She's The BIG 3-0!

No not Minnie... hehe... My sister Devin turns 30 today! I figured since I write a blog I could write one about my family.

Today February 23rd is my sister Devin's 30th Birthday! I have been home visiting in NY since February 14th so that I could be home for her birthday.

Above she is with Minnie in DisneyWorld in Florida and the other photo is of Devin, Me (J.Son) and our Mom Cheryl at the NY State Fair.

That's it, so Happy Birthday Devin - I love you and now that your officially old... how does it feel? hehe

J.Lo gives birth! One boy and one girl!

The girl was born at 12.12am and weighed 5lb 7oz and the boy followed at 12.23am, weighing 6lbs.

Jealous People are FUNNY!

I got a comment left by an unknown user the other day. It called my ignorant... I love it!

People who hate you will still come to your blog and read it everyday just so they can leave silly little comments.

I love haters! They are fun! If you ever need comedy in your life, just pray for a hater to come your way. They can provide lots of humor for you.

A hater is where I first heard ZOMG from. This kid was trying to say OMG You're Gay! when he accidently typed ZOMG You're Gay! I laughed and then my friends and I used ZOMG in daily conversation.

So all I can say to this unknown commenter is... Zoh My God... You're funny!

Bette's Big Night!

Bette Midler walked the Red Carpet last night into her first show at the Colosseum in Vegas. It was a star studded event that included the premier of her new show - A Showgirl Must Go On and ended at a party inside Pure nite-club.

A Naked Cowboy in NYC!

Many of you have probably heard of or seen the Naked Cowboy. If you haven't here you go!

The Naked Cowboy is almost naked... he stands in Times Square in NYC when the weather is good. He wears just a pair of white underwear with the words "Naked Cowboy" on the butt. (see photo)

He sings for people as they walk by... "I'm the naked cowboy, keepin it real for you, You gotta do what you gotta do..." It's a real good song... not really. hehe... But at least he looks good singing it.

You should check him out online at www.NakedCowboy.com You can buy several products on his site. You can even buy a pair of his undies, which the site says "Skidmarks not included." hehe - ZOMG!

I got to see the Oscars up close and in person a few days ago in Time Square. ABC studios had them on display for people to see. It was fun, and got me in the Oscar spirit.

Celeb-u-tard Paris Hilton celebrated her birthday recently in Las Vegas. She performed with the Pussy Cat Dolls at the Pure nite-club. Watch these two videos to see what happens when you're Paris Hilton and have nothing better to do then become stripper for a night on your birthday:

New Era Comes In!

Tonight marks a new era for the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Vegas. In just a few hours Bette Midler will take the stage for the first time and will take over for Celine Dion who left in December.

Bette's show titled A Showgirl Must Go On! will reflect many of the soundtracks to her movies. Her films have definitely always been over the top and her show in Las Vegas will be no different. Expect music, comedy, big sets and more!

Nathan Burton Moving!

My buddy Nathan Burton (from America's Got Talent) who currently hosts his blend of comedy magic at the Planet Hollywood's V Theater will have a new home very soon. The new home will be the Flamingo Las Vegas main showroom.

With Society of Seven leaving, Nathan will fill the 4pm time slot in the theater, with Toni Braxton and George Wallace still headlining as well.

Proud Larry!

Larry Edwards has made a name for himself. He is a legend! For over 30 years Larry has been a Tina Turner impersonater and electrifying performer.

Just recently Larry was a special guest at the 50th Annual Grammy Awards for Tina Turner's duet with Beyonce. (In the photo Larry with Tina's keyboardist, Ollie Marland). Larry told me he almost missed the Grammy's, he got to his seat with just minutes to spare. He shared this with me "I arrived at Staples Center 5 minutes before Grammys aired on tv. Rushed to my seat with the biggest smile of JOY being able to see my Idol Tina Turner. During the first break for audience to move around I immediately ran to change my pampers...LOL...kidding. I was the happiest dragqueen in America!"

Visiting Time With Oscar!

I visited the Oscars! The little gold men are currently on display at ABC studios in Time Square NYC. I stopped by and tried to get an inside scoop. Lips are sealed and so are the envelopes... :-]

Pop Singer Adam Barta

Pop singer Adam Barta (named one of the Top 10 for 2007 on MTV's Logo network) and me hung out in NYC. We partied it up at Hot Mess then had an early morning breakfast at the Hollywood Cafe.

Adam has been in the studio recording a new album. He let me listen to his newest single that hasn't been released yet. And WOW - it's great. It has a hint of 90's boy band meets Justin Timberlake with a hint of #1 written all over it. Look for more from Adam Barta at his official site:

Vegas EXCLUSIVE!

VEGAS EXCLUSIVE:

Howard Lefkowitz, President of Vegas.com, Nathan Burton, and Robin Leach.  Howard and Robin stopped by backstage separately to visit Nathan before his show on Saturday.  They are looking at Nathan's computer at a set design for a very exciting future show...  Robin stayed to see the show because he had never seen it.  As he was walking out he said to Nathan's Mom (who works for the show), "Tell Nathan that his show is great" in his still heavy English accent.

The second photo is of Nathan and Frank Marino as Joan Rivers from "La Cage" playing at the Riveria.  Frank is the longest running headliner on the strip - 23 years!  The third photo is of Nathan and the Cher impersonator of 'La Cage" - (didn't get her real name).  But, she looks fierce and is hilarious.  And get this, Cher's day job is an elementary school principal and most of the parents of the school have seen her show!
 
Both photos were taken at a television taping for a new TV show coming out soon. The filming took place at the Tryst inside Wynn Las Vegas.

MAGIC in Vegas

MAGIC has left Vegas! No not magicians... MAGIC (Mens Appearal Guild in California) fashion week wrapped up in Vegas this week.

The fashion week in Vegas that is usually filled with celebs was lacking many this year. Even celebs who have fashion lines or endorsement deals with fashion lines were no shows.

Beyonce linked to H of D was a no show, however her Mom did show up. Apple Bottom's Nelly was a no show, making many at the brand upset and buyers left wondering... whats up?

The inside feeling after this MAGIC was... hmmm... it's going to be a slow year for fashion and buying.

I will be taking over NYC from February 14th to 18th!

Sources say that Britney Spears was in an LA dance studio all last night... she is going to go on Tour??

From the NY Post to Extra everyone is talking Brit Brit! She was in an LA Dance studio last night. It started by teaching children the dance to Madonna's "Material Girl" and later in the night ended with her own rehearsal...

Say it ain't so... She can't even keep track of her own kids... why would any parent let her take their kids for an hour class.

I can see it now... the "TrainWreck World Tour!" Tonight is the last night of the show, literally the last night! She is in a drug fit and dances all over likes it the VMA Awards (hehe) and Dr Death comes out and injects her, she waves goodbye to the crowd and the World sits in awwwww....
